DISCLAIMER

T-Shirts & Sweatshirts are made to order by a third-party manufacturer utilizing a Direct To Garment print method in the USA! Production time from date of order is 3-5 Business Days. Please allow approximately 7-10 Business Days for delivery from date of order (applies to US orders only). 

Because we utilize a third party processor your package will arrive directly from the provider, typically with the "Evolution Hockey" name as the sender. Due to this we have limited control over production, packaging and shipping delays and cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please use the production / delivery estimate listed above to time the delivery of your order.

Currently our sublimation products (Swim Trunks) are manufactured overseas and are subject to customs clearance for timely shipping.

Returns & Exchanges are only honored due to product defects or errors. Returns will not be honored for sizing or fitment issues.  We do our best to provide the most accurate sizing information and recommend that you size up when between sizes.

RETURNS

In the event that your items arrives damaged or there was an error with the print, please contact us immediately (contact us using the menu at the bottom of the page) so that we can get the process started to have it replaced.  Contact should be made no less than 14 days from the time your item was received to report any damage, defects or print errors.  You will need to provide a photo of the garment before the replacement can be initiated.  We ask for a one photo showing the whole garment and one closeup of the area in question.

CARE

Garments should be washed with like colors in cold water to minimize premature fading or damage to the printed image.  Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best care practices.
